Rediscover balance. Rebuild resilience. Reconnect with yourself.
The Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) at Zephyr Behavioral Health and Wellness is a 10-week structured therapeutic program designed to help individuals develop emotional regulation, resilience, and mindfulness while gaining practical tools for daily life.
IOP offers evidence-based support for individuals who need more than weekly therapy, but do not require inpatient care. Participants attend multiple sessions each week while continuing to live at home, allowing them to practice skills in real-world settings and return to treatment with insight and support.
Zephyr’s IOP focuses on meaningful, sustainable change rather than short-term symptom relief.
Our Therapeutic Approach
Zephyr’s IOP is grounded in evidence-based treatments, including:
- Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
- Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

Care and Admission Considerations
To ensure IOP is the right fit, each person completes a comprehensive assessment with our clinical team. This helps us understand your needs, goals, and what level of support will be most helpful.
IOP is designed for individuals who can participate safely in a group setting and are not experiencing active substance use. We welcome individuals with co-occurring mental health and substance use histories, including those in early recovery. If a different level of care would better support your well-being, we will help guide you to appropriate next steps.
Is IOP Right for Me?
IOP may be a good fit if weekly therapy no longer feels like enough support, but you are able to live safely at home and are looking for a structured, skills-based approach to mental health care.
