Ashley Muraoka
Administrative Specialist
Ashley is often the first point of contact for clients at Zephyr, helping create a warm and welcoming environment from the moment they arrive. She manages scheduling and helps clients check in for ketamine appointments, keeping daily operations running smoothly.
She holds a master’s degree in healthcare administration and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling with the goal of becoming a licensed therapist. She also has experience supporting children with autism in a therapeutic setting.
Her background includes several administrative roles in the healthcare industry, with experience in billing, durable medical equipment (DME) orders, home health intake, and referrals for specialty care.
Ashley has always been passionate about helping others and works hard to ensure clients feel supported and less alone when they reach out to Zephyr.
Lori Lockhart
Content & Communications Specialist
Lori supports Zephyr’s marketing, educational, and outreach efforts through social media, newsletters, website content, and other communications materials. She works closely with clinicians and team members to create clear and accessible resources for clients, referral partners, and the community.
Before joining Zephyr, she spent 9 years as a high school English teacher and later served as a college admissions counselor. Throughout her career, she has worked closely with adolescents and young adults, helping them navigate transitions and find their voice. Those experiences sparked a deeper interest in mental health and how the right support can make a meaningful difference.
As someone who has also been personally impacted by mental health challenges, Lori believes in talking openly about the things that are often the hardest to discuss. She cares deeply about helping make conversations about mental health more approachable and less taboo.
She is an MBA candidate pursuing the Healthcare Administration track and holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the University of Virginia.
