Lucy is often the first point of contact for clients at Zephyr, helping create a welcoming and supportive environment from the moment they arrive. She manages scheduling and provides administrative support to therapists and providers, helping keep daily operations running smoothly and ensuring clients can access the care they need.

She holds a BFA in Visual Communication Design from Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis. Before joining Zephyr, Lucy worked as an Assistant Director at a women’s sober-living transitional home, where she mentored residents, supported medication and case management, facilitated groups, coordinated community resources, and planned events that fostered connection.

Lucy brings both professional experience in recovery settings and lived experience with substance use disorder and mental health challenges to her work. These experiences inform her compassionate approach and her commitment to helping clients feel heard and respected.
